Does any one but me remember the late 1960's cartoon (it won an Academy Award) The Line and the Dot?

It was about an irresolute dot, who was loved by a Line? but the irresolute dot, fickle little thing, abandons the Line in favor of a Squiggle. She felt the line was too straight, to singluar, too plain. Stung by the Dots harsh words, the Line exams himself, and realizes, the Dot has spoken the truth. But Love is powerful, and the Line resolves to improve. The Line, and true love, win in the end.. It is a wonderful cartoon.

The cartoon had a morale, "To the Vector goes the Spoils" [/hite]
