OP Jackie, BY, I like them.
I forgot to mention, BY, that one of our standard rules is to use all the letters. We occasionally allow one letter to be "lost" for a day or a letter conveniently overlapped by another ("F" from "E" for example) but only for a very apposite phrase.
It was not so very long ago that I decided to keep a record of these anagrams, so I now have about 60. While we sorely feel the absence of some letters, ROD, PETER, PAUL, and IBM are in there, so we do get personal sometimes.

P.S. we have an ISO90001 audit (an external check on all our processes and documentation)on Monday and we have just changed the anagram to read: Psst! Mr. Auditor, let me be!
