OP Research on a man who lived in Sussex County, Delaware, during the 1800's finds him on an 1833 list of "NOTARIES and TOBELION PUBLIC". (Scharf's History of Delaware, Sussex County, p. 1213) Can anyone please explain "...TOBELION..."?
