You can do the same with both sites, just copy and paste, so if you want a ², copy either the ² or "& # 1 7 8" - ² but some people prefer to use alt-number instead.

The bit about MC² was that I tried to write it in Microsoft Word (using the superscript option) then copy and paste it in but it didn't work.
