what's to rhyme, seems like delia could be pronounced dee-lee-yah instead of deel-yah and therebye follow the musical time signature without stretching poetic license too greatly. Anywhooo i seem to remember an old harry belafonte song titled"Delia" (second pronunciation), a dark and forboding melody in a minor chord about death of a loved one or something so there could have been a copywrite problem encountered with the tom jones smash. almost hard to believe that one made it into the top hunnerd (want to see what enigma does with this)
