OP I have just written the word "enfeodate" ...which I meant as "having a forced loyalty to someone or something"...as: "a man enfeodate to the estates of Baron Kent"
I cannot find "enfeodate" in the Webster's International Second Edition.
Have I erred?
If so, is there a word that has that precise meaning?
Any advice gratefully received.
Either here or at vreiter@worldnet.att.net
Thank you in advance.
