OP This word reminded me of a song we did when I took Chorus (in college); I have no idea who wrote it, but I remember singing, "Ho-dee-ay, ho-dee-ay", with two beats on the ho.
Also--given that we can only be in today (never yesterday or tomorrow), how could anything that isn't a creature of the night help but be hodiurnal?
