I'm sorry if I gave the impression that I thought that no one else could deal with Bingley's problem. My only knowledge of your computing abilities comes from your posts, which don't go into any detail. The only thread which discussed computing directly was RhubarbCommando's. But that's no indicator either, because anyone who uses a browser will eventually have to deal with issues like cookies.
