McDonald's seems to leave these subsidiaries alone except to improve their quality and portio control. They bought Boston Market here about 18 months ago, and the chain has improved a good bit, which was tough to do because they were already pretty good. All they had to do was employ that old and trusted marketing technique and relaunch it as New and improved Boston Market.
