...leading to an ASCII-art revival? Some of the examples look harder to generate than the original English lettering!

What the article doesn't mention is the scorn heaped on wannabes who use l33t. One of the surest ways to get viciously flamed in Usenet is to use leet - it's seen as a pathetic attempt to be kewl.

Don't count on it. I've never used it, nor has anyone I know. Had I not jumped onto this board two and a half years ago, I might have ended up going off into that world. Might have taught myself Flash too and I'd be in graphic design now instead of architecture . . .
