Does anyone else remember it? If you do, do you happen to know anything about the singer or more to the point his vowels? He has a most peculiar pronunciation of the first vowel in "broken", and his version of "to" is, to my ears, rather odd as well. Does anyone recognise the accent? (I think the singer is Chris Walker, but I know nothing about him.) His name is Chris Walker and the album this song is off is called "Sincerely Yours". It was recorded in 1993 and the record label is ERG.
