Infinity Solutions won't even take my money for private jobs or long distance phone calls. They reckon the effort of billing it out is greater and costs more on average than just paying for the usage themselves. There are no restrictions on the colour printer, either the colour copier or the B&W equivalents. Neither do they restrict toll calls, and only the calls are tracked - by Telecom, not the company. Last year I called the US five times in two days for personal reasons. The call cost total was about $350. The accounts receivable clerk asked me if they were personal or not - but so she could bill the cost out to the customer if it was business. I mentioned this to the CEO and his comment was "buy me a coffee and we'll call it quits". So I did. Needless to say, we have a low staff turnover and when people do leave it's not because they feel that the firm doesn't care about them. The idiot also known as Capfka ...
