well, Sindu...it can mean several things as in shape up, 'get yourself together' like after an argument or feeling depressed, something someone says to boost or get you back into action.
And then it can just mean 'get fit' as in exercise.
I think thats what Wofa was alluding to. Bally is known for fitness equipment/shoes.

Exactly. I try to make my title relate to the conversation in some way, and if it can have either of two meanings, that's even better.
