I'm afraid to ask, but does anyone know what this means? (Please forgive me if it is unsavory, and feel free to spare me any gory details!)

Loc: NW Pennsylvania
Webster's Unabridged Dictionary lists 'Otsego' (ot se'go) as a town in northern Michigan, with a population of slightly over 4,000. No listing for otsegolation.
