no, I don't think that's it. :P I think that wofa is suggesting that the anagram may have something to do with Osama Bin Laden, and that you could use the anagram server on the Wordsmith site to find out. your original phrase is too long for the server to work with.

While I have been around long enough to not be surprised by
anything, I wonder at the use of the vulgarity in your
posts, Shaaw. Is it necessary to build ego? emphasize your
frustrations, embarrassment at loss to girlfriend? I for one
don't see the need for the vulgarity. And no I am not offended,
and yes and I can eliminate myself from this thread of
posts, but why? It's my wordsmith too. I just don't see the need,

Getting back to the matter at hand -- there are so many common letters that you could make many viable arrangements out of them, of greater or lesser cleverness, and there's no way of saying which is the one intended. I don't see a need to figure out the "right answer" (there's that old principle of "it's what's written on the paper in my upper right-hand desk drawer") and I'm quite able to say I give up, and admire how smart you were to come up with that anagram, whatever it is.
Which is my long-winded way of saying I'm not going to use any more time playing with it, other than to have reduced it to a possible 31-letter anagram plus ObL (suggested by the SATANAS and the BELIEVE and the PENAL HORDE in the presented string of letters). Which would be no less and no more clever and appropriate than what it turns out "really" to be.
I'd be curious to know what you wind up with, when you get or are given it.

Well you can make "Pakistan lets Osama Bin Laden reshape elevated home," which would be interesting but probably not what you're looking for. I think you're probably getting warmer with that though. The anagram also provides letters to spell "President Obama," and I suspect that it is of a political nature, and possibly but not necessarily offensive.
