Suadero is the tender meet from the lower part of a beef rib. ...

Another example of how the dictionary definition doesn't fit the context. It sounds as though it means something soft to make the saddle more comfortable.

According to my Diccionario de Mejicanismos suadero is a vulgar variant of sudadero, a term used by cowboys and peasants for saddle blanket.

I thought I had a burr under my saddle.And sudadero gave me an idea. I searched for "sudor" and got a Mexican site for treatment of hyperhidrosis. Sweat may be a forbidden word in Virginia, but south of the border it could be a problem requiring a special saddle blanket.
