my Latin pronunciation comes from singing, but I would say: yoos ahd bay-loom (but soften the bay to a bit more like beh) edited per Mr. Faldage's suggestion for stress 
formerly known as etaoin...

I had three years of Latin, but pronunication was never taught. So I can only guess that "jus" would be pronounced "yoos".

Mr. Shrdlu has it. It'd be like that in any respectable Latin pronunciation scheme. The bell gets the stress.
