AP1/AP2
Fortunately, I was sufficiently unimpressed by the movie to remember any jingles. And it's corporate-media-free, not televisonally-challenged. The latter makes it sound as though it were some disability.

WO'N honey, I suspect you saw a trailer for AP2 - because the character Fat Bastard wasn't introduced till the second movie.
And I hadn't "got" that jingle from that movie - but if I saw it again, I would - because those ads are now playing on a station I watch occasionally, so I've finally seen them. Sigh. - However, in their defence I must admit they are sung by people with beautiful voices!
I tend to get snippets of musicals stuck in my head, or particular lines from songs that seem to be appropriate to my current situation (whatever it happens to be)....Editorialising on my life, courtesy of some inner reaches of my brain, I suppose.

Well, mebbe it was AP2, then...I caught the flick about year later on TV so I'm prolly confused...enjoyed it but I'm no AP aficionado. It's the same movie that Fat Bastard wound up in the sack with Heather Graham, though, if that helps...disgusting scene, really.

Yes, Fat Bastard is an unfortunate character altogether. I'm very sorry he was introduced into an otherwise charmingly naughty concept. Sighh. What the Brits (and anyone else in the world?) might well call OTT. Over The Top

I much prefer endomusia to aurivermiphobia. I've never heard anybody say they were frightened by the song stuck in their head.
And oof - earworm / ver d'oreille - NOT the description I'd choose. It sounds squishy and full of suckers that keep it glued there.
And NO I am not afraid or disgusted by worms. But usually, worms that inhabit bodies are not the nicest looking things. Not like your basic brown earthworm whooping it up in the earth loosening the dirt and helping roots thrive.

Oh and about songs that get stuck in my head. They're usually have repetitive bits that click and restart at exactly the same place all the time.
I feel like a record with a scratch in it.
And I don't know about anybody else, but slow songs never get stuck in my head. Ave Maria would never but Everlasting love will.
