And I think there's a difference between songs you like sticking in your head, and the ones you hate that you just can't seem to get rid of...the latter is real earworm, I believe.

So do we need a new word for songs you like sticking in your head? Does earworm point only to the negativity of an affliction, or does it cover it all?
