the worthless word for the day is: kedogenous

[inkhorn term] brought about by worry, or anxiety
(from Gr. kedos; care, anxiety, grief + -genous,
produced by)

This may be an inkhorn term, but perhaps regrettably so. I think it ought to be useful,
And offhand I can't think of a good synonym for it.

I searched for "kedogenous" and found it in a site for writers, so it isn't totally dead.
There I found "gelogenic" = provoking laughter
