KENTUCKIANS WILL EAT [ALMOST] ANYTHING...including FRIED SQUIRREL BRAINS...which are considered a DELICACY to many folks in the Bluegrass State! (this is not a joke, folks...in fact, there was a warning issued a few years back that there may be a health risk due to a certain bacterium in squirrel brains, or sumptin', and folks were advised not to eat as many or not at all...but a lot of folks in Kentucky refused to give 'em up). Really. Honest. Dead serious here.
