Is anyone having turkey for Christmas dinner this year?
I recently heard a radio programme that said that turkey is becoming unfashionable, and more and more people are going back to the old tradition of goose. As if to confirm this, I've just been told that we're having goose this year as well, a first ever break in our family tradition (at least since WWI when turkeys became popular). Any preferences?
