OP I am looking for an academic and as authoritative as possible definition of "ex vivo" for our Fungal Group seminar. OED does have definitions of in vivo and in vitro with good examples but not “ev”. A couple of on line medical dictionaries, which I found, do not have "ex vivo" either.
