Elizabeth was very surprised to see her friend Helen at the photo counter in their local drugstore. "Helen", she said, "You told me this morning that you were going to England this afternoon. I thought it was odd, you leaving again so soon after your trip to Sea World." "No, no", replied Helen, showing her the photo packet. I said I was going to see the prints of whales.

I understand that fish prints are a popular folk art form, but whale prints? Take a pretty big piece of paper, and, no, elephant ears wouldn't begin to do the job. You might be able to get a small whale onto a long strip of Tyvek...
I'm kidding, Jackie!

"No, no", replied Helen, showing her the photo packet. I said I was going to see the prints of whales.
And only the day before, Helen, known to her friends as Snow White, had been singing, "Some day, my prints will come."

Thanks, you-all! I'm hoping this will be the start of another shaggy you-know-what thread. (Hint.) Whale fin-prints! [shaking head e] Plaster of Paris sure wouldn't work!

Hour after hour Camilla lay there, hoping that soon her prince would come.

How did you get this info, TEd? Are you a nosy Parker, or do you consult the crystal Bowles?

Oh, NOW I get it, Ted--duh! (Hour after hour I lay here, pondering...) By the way, is it true that the royal family has decreed that he shall not marry her?

Now that, my friend, sounds like the very worst form of determined apathy...
