Dear friend Vernon Compton: Have you forgotten that your good friend Max, in a temper
tantrum erased that whole list before he left, and now as sjm chooses not to restore it.
Dear VC: Oh, lovely. How about asking sjm to return it where others will see it and be
able to use it. We have a lot of new members it might benefit.

As his friend, I would not characterise his actions as a temper tantrum. There was a very different motive for his actions. Whatever his motives were, he told me that he never removed that particular page when removing all the others. That is why I assumed that he would not mind my publicising it.
