Does anyone recognise the terms carder and carding? I'm not talking about the well-known wool-processing uses of the words but in a more modern context.
I've only ever seen them in an Indonesian context but italicised as non-Indonesian words (for example http://www.detikinet.com/net/2002/10/02/20021002-132016.shtml ).
A carder, as far as I can make out, is someone who commits credit card fraud over the internet using stolen numbers or numbers from stolen cards, and carding is the practice.
Are these words in more general use and I just haven't noticed?
