Here's my poem using "ululate." It's a working draft but I'm printing it here in thanks for the amazing response to my original query.
Suite for One Voice
Some evenings my single alto notes rise straight up like a mockingbird before it plunges into Mozart.
I want to sing two-part inventions in one voice from a deep place within me. Those unaccompanied notes to intercept
others a third higher plaiting a sublime overlay like strands of Sunday glossolalia or a Tuvan monk's glottal hum
ululating from his Siberian village into fog over the Farallones.

Cool, awaddle. One nitpick, however: to my ears, ululating isn't "suite"!

But it is strong, and out of the strong came forth suiteness, so perhaps from the suite will come forth strength.

How nice it was to "get" a reference without any need for pulling my hair out! Or, shaving it off for that matter.

awaddle, I just love the last four lines. They really resonate and reverberate.
They sound so good I actually find myself disinclined to tie them down to specific meaning(s). For instance, I don't know where the Farallones are, or what they're like, but now I don't want to. Something akin to Carroll's Jabberwocky, which is actually great praise as far as I'm concerned!
