To be nice (blech) let's just call them "waste material".

The ones that fall out when you read through the magazine are called "fall outs" (I believe).

Either way, stapled in or dropping out, the annoyance they have created has clearly had an adverse effect on the members of this board, so if anyone reading this has any*thing to say/do about it, PLESE MAKE THEM STOP PUTTING THEM THERE!!!
