Deear Carpe Diem: Glad to have you participate, and don't worry too much about
etiquette there of. I regret only that I have never heard a name for those cards
of which you speak. They annoy me, particularly when instead of being perforated
to tear out easily, they are stapled along with the pages of the magazine, and
have to be handled carefully so as not to break the staple that holds them.
I have no kind word for them, just profanity.
