That's very funny
I have found that when spoken aloud, it is also very funny to simply conclude the limerick with "and something something something bagel!" It leaves quite a bit to the imagination.
"and something something something bagel!"
And it scans better, too!

Made a rational bend
'Til her pelvis resembled a bagel.
