I don't think they're the same at all, Dr. Bill. Coprolalia is the act of using the foul language; lalochezia is the feeling of relief you get from performing the act.

At least there is this difference: coprolalia is a compulsion to use shitty words, but
with no pleasure. With luck lalochezia may be followed by a reduction of tension.
Which may be paid for by maternal administration of lingual lavage.
