some sort of web/dictionary browser for both Mac/PC.

Dear etaoin: I don't get the picture. What can it do that Yahoo! searchbox can't?
I don't quite understand it either, etaoin. Have you downloaded it? We have a nice set of bookmarks for reference materials, including dictionaries, and I, like, Dr Bill, wonder how it might be better than just googling.
Meanwhile, being a Mac person myself, I am happy to see software designed for this lovely machine.
well, that's what I don't know. it seemed sort of like an Atomica type thing, with translations and etc., all built in. I haven't downloaded it; thought I'd wait to see if anybody used it already. maybe I'll give it a try, though hard to see how it could be worth $10, when I can get all that stuff for free already.
just curious...
Anna, do you know about http://www.versiontracker.com? lots of great freeware, shareware, and updates. they also have a Windows section, too, for you PC folks.
