Simply a magnificient actor, a true artist! In the Heat of the Night, On the Waterfront, Capone, The Pawnbroker classic performances, among many others. Rod Steiger was always one of my favorites, he will be missed.

WO'N - I saw this on Turner Classic Movies lineup and thought you might be interested. I didn't see times listed. Hopefully you get the station!!
On Saturday, TCM will pay tribute to Rod Steiger,
77, who died Tuesday, with a three-film fest: "The Harder
They Fall"; "Doctor Zhivago" and "In the Heat of the Night,"
for which he won the 1967 Oscar for Best Actor.
