Dear Dr. Bill: Keiva and his aliases are banned entities whose words and actions no longer carry any significance in this forum. Treat any brief reappearance of his unwelcomeness as dust on the polish of a fine piece of furniture. Simply wipe it away with a damp cloth, and when it collects again, wipe it away once more...continuing to focus only on the fine piece of furiniture glistening in the polish beneath his meaningless dross.
