Keiva here. Someone is preventing me from posting under that name, and similarlly blocks any obvious variant I try.
The last Anu told me, I am allowed to post on this board.¹ But someone -- acting anonymously, sub rosa, without revealing his/her identity -- is setting the AWAD software to block me anyway , in a different way.² That person is thus trying to evade whatever responsibility (if any) that (s)he may have for that act of blocking me. It is clearly personal for when I take a new name and identify myself, some unknown person soon blocks that new name too.
In short, that person has hacked Anu's board and taken it over, to impose their own wishes regardless of Anu's. That is disrespect to Anu, I trust Anu will take vigorous steps to purge the person and the act.
For the only other possibility (not to be lightly believed) is that though it is Anu who blocks me (or has someone else do it for him), he uses anonymity to duck any responsibility for doing so.

I never expected to have a good word to say about a hacker.
But if a hacker has been keeping Keiva from posting, long may
he flourish and continue to block Keiva.
Keiva, you will never be welcome to post on AWADtalk.
You were banned for starting a flamewar, and refusing to quit.
You got reinstated only by veiled threats of a lawsuit.
Nobody on the board wants to see you post ever again.

It is the height of insolence to gain an undeserved re-instatement

just remember, sys-admins are god when it comes to computers
and which ever sys-admin come up with this little fix, please, a beta version, so that keiva can't come back under any name! please god!

you complain that some one has act to ban you.. your real complaint is, you don't know who or how.. so you can't threaten or attempted to bully.. that really gets your goat doesn't? some one acting unilaterly, just like you do..
you posted "charges made" you post your "resolution" -- an attempt at blackmail... and you get on your high horse and complain.. you berate dr bill.. after you have threatened him...go away. you are not wanted..
you want your own board, go set it up.. it not that hard..
Hell, AOL you ISP has free tutorial on how to do it.. but there, you might not have a captive audience to bully, right?

of-troy, your arguments are not to the point. The question is whether anyone has the right to enforce their views (and to override Anu's) by hacking the board.
You are free to present your complaints about me to Anu. I have no doubt that you've done so. But those complaints are not to the point of whether you or anyone has a right to override Anu's views via a hack.
Is that not the height of insolence to Anu?

No, I don't think you are so dense that you do not understand what's going on. You just want to cause trouble. I will go back to your open letter to Anu Garg. You did not post that for any constructive purpose. You are a destroyer, but you are not going to destroy this board. Had you wanted to have a constructive dialog with Mr. Garg you would have posted a private message or sent him an email. But, no, you had to post that shit in public where you knew what kind of a negative reaction you were going to get. You whined like a four-year-old, help me or suffer the consequences. Well, Ken, as far as I am concerned you can take those consequences and shove them where the sun doesn't shine.
And don't think you can come back under a different persona without people realizing it.
Every time you come back, whether you identify yourself as Keiva or remain anonymous, no matter what userid you are posting under, you are going to be cut off at the knees. NO ONE in a position of authority on this board is ever going to say to you, "Be nice now or you're outta here." Nor are they under an obligation to do so. All they will do is act. And whether that act is to cut off your new userid or to cut off the address from which you are posting, the result is going to be the same. You will be on the outside looking in, all the time knowing that you can no longer thrust yourself upon an unwilling audience to continue your vituperative, divisive ways.
Why do you persist in butting your head against a brick wall? Why? Go start your competing board and see how many people show up. I predict that the silence will be deafening.
