It has been noted that the word callipygian or callipygous allows one "to make an admiring and accurate description in a tasteful, classical and politically correct manner. Without that word, the sole accurate description would smack of construction-worker hooting."

But that word applies only to a view from the posterior.
Is there a similarly tasteful word of admiration for the front view?

Well, there is "mammophilia" coined by reviewer of this book:

Of course mammophilia is a form of synecdoche, in which a part which may be discussed openly is substituted for that which may not acceptably be discussed openly.
