It strikes me that "certain Justices of the Michigan Supreme Court " have decided that they, in common with much of society around the world today, do not wish to take personal responsibility for their "decisions". It is much more comfortable to use the evasion "..well, it say's 'ere that you can't do that". I know I'm being very simplistic, but still....
