Retrospectively, I shouldn't have asked for the antonym. Anyway, Bill suggested I ask SWMBO, but she knows that she doesn't need to fear it and therefore she wouldn't need a word for it. After all, it is not an irreversible state. The word she would probably be looking for is one which represents a loathing of the prospect of getting and/or remaining married ...
