I too got hit by a fish: cornobbled adj. -- hit with a fish. After clicking 'More' in Mrs. Byrne's site for about fifteen minutes. I can picture the codfishermen of a hundred years ago, pulling in codfish fast and furious, hitting each other with fish in their haste, because they had to catch all they could before the fist stopped biting.
