I did a google search and found alot of twisters. Inspired by this here is my humble original pseudo limmerick submission:

Vlad and Mallory often exchanged jabs
Mallory's job was a fad and really not so bad
In fact he was glad he had a job better than Vlad
Still Mallory's hourly salary was sad
One day at work because of a jerk
Mallory got a concussion, one heard in every discussion
about Mallory's delusion, he now a she had sexual confusion
Despite therapy and infusions no dillution of symptoms occurred.
On Mallory's birthday Vlad was was a turd
He gave gifts that couldn't be sicker
We sent her some flowers but Vlad was still quicker
His gifts ranged from slick ruffled panties, to rubber balls and liquor
