I agree. Maturing, as the collection of experiences mount, includes *clearer understandings of the risks involved in certain actions... perchance creating/instilling a fear and protection of/from failure or harm which may "eliminate" or at least limit the scope of action. This process may be what manifests as "acting ones' age"...
