AnnaS: This board is a great place for diversion when reading through often tedious articles on pedagogy that I must plow through for papers to be written.

I tried Googling the horsehair worm question, but was looped back to the research efforts I pasted above. But your suggestion may eventually rope in an answer since I found an email address of a scientist in the field. If that person will answer the question about the other three phyla, I'll definitely post it here.

I've enjoyed reading what I've read of yours in the earliest months of these WAD threads.
