Wrapping text is when the text editor cuts long lines automatically at the end of a text box (or some other pre-set limit) and continues them at the start of the next entry line, rather than continuing on the same line until the typist explicitly enters a new line. Sometimes, but most often not, a new-line character is added by the text editor. The abscence of a new-line character allows other display programs to use their own "wrap" limit. "Wrap" may not be a particularly good word to describe the facility - I suppose the text is wrapping around the end of the line.
