The onomatopoeia was a chuckle that for once I was able to pretend to be aggrieved by a repeat of a complete previous discussion of aestivation. The only car trouble I have is that I no longer have one. When my daughter agreed to take care of me when I was again a loud noise at one end and no responsibility at the other, I knew it would be unreasonable to subject her to the anxiety of my driving in incompetent competition with the cowboys here. And actually there is very little use I would have of one.

Dear faldage: I also hereby cite you for combining eye dialect with aggravated idiolect. Penalty, a jereboam of champagne chug-a-lugged.

I like the turn of phrase, Dr Bill, but I'm having a hard time deciding which end is which.

Dear Sparteye: No responsibility at either end is terminal state. I started with ancient definition of a baby as an alimentary canal with a loud noise at one end and no responsibility at the other. You do know how to hurt a guy, whimper, whimper.
