As you know my wife is a recovering attorney. But before she started to recover, she lived in Baltimore, on the harbor, during the period when there was a great deal of construction. In fact, the construction at night kept her awake, and she finally filed a lawsuit to stop it. Of course it became known in legal circles as Port Noise Complaint.
