 Traumatologist would suggests to me someone specially trained to handle skeletal injuries with complications, such as injured blood vessels, nerves, shock, or other organs.. For simple fractures an orthpedist would suffice.
Of course "nuptuals" ought not end that way. Maybe during the " ruptuals".
