I came across a document, "A Week in the Life of a Help Desk Operator" in a folder on my PC which I reread and cackled over. Since I thought others in the motorised abacus business might enjoy it, I've posted it to Max's i-drive.

I thought this was appropriate behaviour, because I rediscovered the document while I was trialling his Atlantis word-processor. What goes round, therefore, must come round.
