No need to invoke the deep connexions of Nostratic. A much simpler explanation is the true one: borrowing. It's a common cultural word troughout the area. Urdu and Punjabi tandūr get their extraneous D from the Turkish; I can't explain this D. Persian and Hebrew tannur, Arabic tannūr, Aramaic tannūrā, Assyrian tinūru.
