In a reply to a reporter's question about his meeting with the Russians about the spy/diplomat "exhange," Bush answered something like this: "I reached a decision yesterday, it was a good decision, it was the right decision to make, I think the Russians are happy with the decision, I like the decison, it was a good decision to make, it was the right decision to reach."
