BTW, as to those Eminent Personages awaiting the last trump, I could easily identify Will, Chris, Janey and Chuck, but was not certain about "Jack D". Donne, Dryden, other? Perhaps it should be obvious, but, (assuming that they're listed chronologically, as they seem to be,) I still could not be sure. In any case, it's a strong list.
